Day 1 - San Francisco Airport Pick-Up

Today, guests will meet the tour guide at SFO .

Day 2 - SFA/SFB

SFA: Berkeley University – Cable Car – Madame Tussauds/Exploratorium – San Francisco

In the morning we visit the campus of UC Berkeley. From the nostalgic campus, the Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Straight can both be seen! Afterwards we drive to San Francisco, home to over 50 rolling hills and surrounded by water on 3 sides. Take a cable car ride (Mandatory), known as “the only Mobile Monument of America,” and enjoy the city view. Then we visit the Golden Gate Bridge and Fisherman’s Wharf. Here you can take an optional sightseeing cruise tour on the San Francisco Bay (own expense). Next, we visit Madame Tussaud or Exploratorium and then we’ll visit the only building remaining from 1915 world’s exposition, the Palace of Fine Arts. You may join an optional advanced city tour in the afternoon. SFB: UC Berkeley – Madame Tussauds/Exploratorium – San Francisco City Tour

We visit the campus of UC Berkeley in the morning. Faculty, alumni and staffs of Berkeley have won 72 Nobel Prizes. From the nostalgic campus, Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Straight can both be seen! Afterwards we’ll drive to San Francisco, home to over 50 rolling hills and surrounded by water on 3 sides. Day 3 - SFA/SFB

SFA: 17 Miles – Monterey Peninsula – Los Angeles

Head to the picturesque Monterey Peninsula this morning, gentle sea breezes, meandering coast, surging waves, bizarre rocks, adorable seals and sea lions rest on the beach; world’s first-class golf courses stretch beyond shiny multimillion dollar mansions… Scenery of 17 Miles is truly breathtaking. Ensuing surprises come one after another and simply indulge yourself in this poetic land. To all Monterey’s visitors, the world’s famous Aquarium is a must-see. You can visit Aquarium at your own expense. 650 species of marine life including colorful fishes and deep-sea monsters, all call the Aquarium home, and seagulls flying high above! Enjoy your day in the charming Monterey! Return to Los Angeles in the evening and finish our pleasant 3-day San Francisco, UC Berkeley and Solvang 3-day tour!

SFB: Yosemite National Park – Los Angeles

In the morning we’ll depart from the hotel towards Yosemite National Park. Giant trees, mountains and sparkling streams and lakes, glaciers-carved canyons, all these unique features make up Yosemite. Take a walk in the woods and enjoy the fresh forest air. After lunch, we’ll travel across Central Valley of California, where over half of the fruits, nuts, and vegetables grown in country are produced every year. In the evening we’ll return to Los Angeles.

Day 4 - Los Angeles - Las Vegas – St. George

Depart from Los Angeles in the morning, travel across San Bernardino National Forest and enter Mojave Desert. Enjoy the unique landscape decorated by Joshua Trees. We make a brief stop in Las Vegas in the afternoon and stay overnight in St. George, Utah. *To join the tour from Las Vegas, please meet our friendly guide by the second floor elevator in Skyrise Tower of Circus Circus Casino Las Vegas by 3:00PM.

Day 5 - Glen Canyon Lake Powell-Antelope Canyon-Horseshoe Bend-Bryce Canyon-Richfield

Enjoy a scenic ride on the Colorado Plateau this morning towards Glen Canyon Dam, which holds back Lake Powell. Lake Powell is nation’s second-largest artificial lake surrounded by 96 side canyons. After a brief stop at Glen Canyon Visitor Center, drive to Antelope Canyon, one of the top ten sites in the world for photography! Antelope Canyon is consisted of upper and lower antelopes, the upper antelope in the Navajo word for “water through the rocks” and lower antelope meaning “arch-shaped spiral rock.” In here, people are always amazed by this wavy canyon rock formation, Mother Nature’s Masterpiece. Next drive to Horseshoe Bend – one of the top ten locations in America for photography by National Geographic! Standing by the edge, the view that comprises glowing green water, blue sky, and reddish rock is just breathtaking. Afterwards, drive to Bryce Canyon National Park in the afternoon, and sightsee the amazing pink and orange sandstone pinnacles known as “hoodoos”. You may take a walk down the trail to discover even more of the geologic wonders! Stay overnight in Richfield Utah.

Day 6 - Arches National Park-Rocky Mountains-Denver

Enjoy a scenic morning ride to Arches National Park, home to world’s highest concentration of natural sandstone arches. The park covers 73000 acres where over 2000 arches have been found. Over time, water, ice and erosion have shaped the region into the geological wonder it is today. Balanced Rock, Windows, Three Gossips…You may even discover an arch yourself! In the afternoon, we travel cross the great backbone of North America, the Rocky Mountains. Arrive in Denver in the evening and stay overnight.

Day 7 - Crazy Horse - Mt. Rushmore - Devil’s Tower National Monument - Gillette

Drive to City of Cheyenne this morning, the state capital of Wyoming. Arrive at Crazy Horse Indian Memorial at noon and sightsee the world’s largest mountain carving! Created by the hands of both Americans and Natives, the monumental mountain carving stands today in honor of a true hero who fought for freedom, Crazy Horse. The most famous icon of America, Mt. Rushmore is our next stop. George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, Abraham Lincoln, look down from their stony height and remind everyone even impossible is possible! Drive to America’s first National Monument ‘Devil’s Tower’ next for sightseeing. Stay overnight in Gillette Wyoming.

Day 8 - Yellowstone National Park

Head west this morning, pass through the Big Horn Reservation where the famous Oscar Movie ‘Dances with Wolves’ was filmed. Arrive at Yellowstone National Park in the afternoon. First of its kind, Yellowstone is the home to world’s largest super volcano and over 10,000 geothermal features. Try to spot a bear or a bald eagle from your luxury coach in this largest Sanctuary of Wildlife in the country! Old Faithful, West Thumb, Grand Prismatic, Fountain Paint Pots, Artist Point, Norris Geyser Basin, Brink of Upper Falls… wonders come one after another! Day 9 - Yellowstone – Grand Teton National Park – Jackson – Salt Lake City

Continue our trip in Yellowstone. Here you will find everything you expect to see in a national park: snow covered mountains, waterfalls, lakes, meadows, herds of buffalos, elks…and on top of the scenery: geysers, hot springs, fumaroles and mud pots are the wonders that make Yellowstone truly unique. Drive to Grand Teton National Park next along Snake River. Teton Range features towering peaks covered by glaciers thousands of years old, surrounded by lakes and blue sky, it’s truly something out of a fairytale. Travel to Jackson, a famous cowboy town as well as a world’s renowned vacation destination. Ride a Scenic Chairlift (Mandatory) to mountain top at 10,000 feet in elevation and oversee entire Jackson Valley and the Teton Range stretching afar. Stay overnight in Salt Lake City.

Day 10 - Salt Lake City

Visit the Utah State House this morning, the most expensive State House in the country. Next stop is the virtue kingdom of Mormonism, the Temple Square. After a friendly tour given by missionary sisters, proceed to Great Salt Lake State Marina. After lunch, head to Las Vegas – “the entertainment capital of the world”. Arrive in Las Vegas in the evening. You may take an optional night tour to explore the prosperity of night life in Las Vegas and enjoy all the spectacles and fantasies on the strip! Stay overnight in Las Vegas.

Day 11 - West Rim Grand Canyon – Hoover Dam

Drive to Hoover Dam in the morning, sightsee this largest and tallest concrete structure of its time. Visit the dam and overlook North America’s largest artificial lake – Lake Mead. Then, travel to one of the most famous 7 natural wonders in the world – the Grand Canyon! Over eons, the Colorado River and erosion have sculpted this amazing landscape. Grand Canyon west rim belongs to Indian Reservation. The group will take the designated park shuttle to enter the canyon. Upon arriving in the terminal, you may take the helicopter ride and sightseeing boat tour (optional), in order to feel the canyon and Colorado River from different perspective and explore the true beauty of the Grand Canyon. Afterwards, you may take the park shuttle to the next sightseeing spots, Eagle Point and Guano Point. At Eagle Point, you may take an optional visit to the “Skywalk”, which is the new G gigantic construction built on the very edge of the Grand Canyon West Rim. The Skywalk is suspended 4,000 feet above the Colorado River. This $60 million dollars bridge can withstand the weight of 71 fully loaded Boeing 74 airplanes (more than 71 million pounds). It is the tallest man-made structure in the world. From the bridge, you can step out onto the glass floor for a 720 degree view of the Canyon. The group will return to Las Vegas in the evening.

Day 12 - Las Vegas - Los Angeles

We’ll start the tour’s last day with a trip to Ethel M. Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Gardens. There, you can see how chocolates are made, sample sweets and roam the extensive cactus gardens. Drive to Tanger Outlets Center in Barstow, where you will be able to do some shopping. Arrive in Los Angeles in the evening.
