Depart from Los Angeles this morning, and begin our pleasant journey. Pass through Mojave Desert and enjoy the barren landscape decorated by Joshua trees! Arrive in Las Vegas at noon (Passengers who join the tour from Las Vegas, please meet your tour guide by the second floor elevator in Skyrise Tower of Circus Circus Casino Las Vegas). After Las Vegas, we continue our journey to St. George, Utah and stay overnight.

SFA: Los Angeles – Santa Barbara – Solvang – Silicon Valley Apple Park

We depart from Los Angeles this morning and drive to Santa Barbara, the “America’s Riviera!” Enjoy beautiful scenery of the Pacific Coastline along the way. The new Mediterranean and Old Spanish style Architectures are surrounded by flowers and lawns; this little Central California Coastal City is one of the most popular vacation destinations. Then we drive to Solvang, Danish for “Sunny Field!” The cozy small town is dominated by Danish style architectures and known for warm sunshine year-round. Next, we travel to the Icon of America’s High-Tech Sectors – Silicon Valley. Home to world’s most famous high-tech companies, Silicon Valley is also the region of highest personal income, highest housing costs, and highest concentration of millionaires and billionaires in America. Welcome to the newly opened ‘spaceship’ campus at a cost of 5 billion dollars. The visitor center features best view of Apple Park and a store serves apple branded merchandise. SFB: Los Angeles – Santa Barbara – 17-Mile Drive – San Francisco

We’ll depart from Los Angeles this morning and drive to Santa Barbara, the “America’s Riviera!” Enjoy beautiful scenery of the Pacific Coast along the way. The new Mediterranean and Old Spanish style Architectures are surrounded by flowers and lawns; this little Central California Coastal City is one of the most popular vacation destinations. Afterwards we’ll head to the picturesque Monterey Peninsula, where gentle sea breezes, meandering coast, surging waves, bizarre rocks, adorable seals and sea lions rest on the beach. Here we’ll stop at a first-class golf course to sight see. Then we’ll view the scenery of the 17 Miles, which is truly breathtaking. We’ll arrive in the Bay Area (Greater San Francisco) in the evening and stay overnight.

SFA: Berkeley University – Cable Car – Madame Tussaud’s/Exploratorium – San Francisco

In the morning we visit the campus of UC Berkeley. From the nostalgic campus, the Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Straight can both be seen! Afterwards we drive to San Francisco, home to over 50 rolling hills and surrounded by water on 3 sides. Take a cable car ride (Mandatory), known as “the only Mobile Monument of America,” and enjoy the city view. Then we visit the Golden Gate Bridge and Fisherman’s Wharf. Here you can take an optional sightseeing cruise tour on the San Francisco Bay (own expense). Next, we visit Madame Tussaud or Exploratorium and then we’ll visit the only building remaining from 1915 world’s exposition, the Palace of Fine Arts. You may join an optional advanced city tour in the afternoon. Stay overnight in Marina Monterrey or San Francisco Bay Area.

SFB: UC Berkeley – Madame Tussaud’s/Exploratorium – San Francisco City Tour

We visit the campus of UC Berkeley in the morning. Faculty, alumni and staffs of Berkeley have won 72 Nobel Prizes. From the nostalgic campus, Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Straight can both be seen! Afterwards we’ll drive to San Francisco, home to over 50 rolling hills and surrounded by water on 3 sides. We’ll take a cable car ride, known as “the only mobile monument of America,” and enjoy the city view. Then we’ll visit the Golden Gate Bridge before visiting Fisherman’s Wharf. Here you can take an optional cruise on the San Francisco Bay (own expense). Next we will visit Madame Tussaud or Exploratorium and then we’ll visit the only building remaining from 1915 world’s exposition, the Palace of Fine Arts. You may take an in-depth city tour at your own cost this afternoon. Stay overnight in Modesto.

Enjoy a scenic ride on the Colorado Plateau this morning towards Glen Canyon Dam, which holds back Lake Powell. Lake Powell is nation’s second-largest artificial lake surrounded by 96 side canyons. After a brief stop at Glen Canyon Visitor Center, drive to Horseshoe Bend – one of the top ten locations in America for photography by National Geographic! Standing by the edge, the view that comprises glowing green water, blue sky, and reddish rock is just breathtaking. Afterwards, drive to Antelope Canyon, one of the top ten sites in the world for photography! Antelope Canyon is consisted of upper and lower antelopes, the upper antelope in the Navajo word for “water through the rocks” and lower antelope meaning “arch-shaped spiral rock.” In here, people are always amazed by this wavy canyon rock formation, Mother Nature’s Masterpiece. After lunch, we continue our trip to Monument Valley, where huge columnar monumental rocks stand sky high! Monument Valley is featured in many famous movies and advertisements. You may take a jeep tour to explore more about the valley at your own cost. Stay overnight in Blanding Utah.

In the morning we are headed to the Arches National Park, where you can enjoy seeing world’s highest concentration of natural sandstone arches. Thousands of years of erosion by ice, water, and wind have created this unique landscape. We drive to Salt Lake City in the afternoon. Temple Square and Utah Capitol are included in our itinerary. Stay overnight in Salt Lake City.

We drive through part of Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming before arriving at Jackson Hole. . Travel to Jackson, a famous cowboy town as well as a world’s renowned vacation destination. Ride a Scenic Chairlift (Mandatory) to mountain top at 10,000 feet in elevation and oversee entire Jackson Valley and the Teton Range stretching afar. After lunch we are headed to Grand Teton National Park following the road that runs along Snake River.   Snow covered mountains, shimmering alpine lakes and abundant wildlife together make Grand Teton a fairyland! Next stop is Yellowstone National Park. We take you to see the bunch of impressive spots including Grand Prismatic Hot Spring, Fountain Paint Pot, Old Faithful, and West Thumb Geyser Basin, etc. Stay overnight in West Yellowstone Montana. (Thermal features in Yellowstone are surrounded by board walks, each attraction takes averagely 30 minutes to walk, please wear walking shoes)
