PACKAGE DETAILS
Day 1 - New Orleans(MSY)Airport Pick Up/Night Tour
As guests arrive at the airport in new orleans, they should meet their tour guide by the luggage carousel and
transfer to the hotel.
A. Free group pick-up: 9: 00 AM-9: 00PM, required at the airport waiting for another flight passengers.
B. 24 hours private shuttle service: $ 80 / (1st &2nd guest), $ 10 /each additional guest.
Optional Night tour is $25 per person. (To arrange the tour, minimum 2 guests requested)

Day 2 - Oak Alley Plantation-Swamp Tour
In the early morning we will visit the Oak Alley Plantation, They are the view finder of movie Gond with the
Wind and Interview with the Vampire. 28 Oak trees in Oak Alley Plantation are over 300 years old and also
known as ‘treasure of plantation.’ We will also go on a swamp tour in the Bayou, Get up close and personal with
the bayou! These tours take guests into protected swamps to see some of the South’s unique indigenous wildlife.
Afterwards, we will have the chance to go to go to a crocodile viewing area.

In the morning, we will leave for the French Quarter, where we will visit the St. Louis Cathedral and the
Governor’s Palace before strolling along the mighty Mississippi River. Afterwards, we will go to the famous Café
du Monde to enjoy some special French treats. In the evening, we can choose to view the sunset at Flying Park,
stay in the city for a thrilling night tour or go out to sample the local cuisine.

Day 4 - New Orleans
In the morning, we will visit the World War II Museum, guests will be able to choose from two options: guests
can transfer to the airport directly for their departure flights (make sure to schedule them after 2:00pm) before
continuing to the Mississippi Riverside, where we will be able to walk along the Riverside Corridor. Afterwards,
we will go to Harrah’s and then have the chance to Take a ride on this old-fashioned steamboat down the
Mighty Mississippi River . Later, we will go to the Riverside Outlets. At the end,Guests should arrange their
departure flights after 7:00pm

Scenic Spots Notes:
- Itinerary will be subject to traffic and weather. The sequence of the attractions might be changed
according to actual and practical situation for better service. - In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction etc.), tour guide may make some necessary
changes to the itinerary accordingly. - This tour doesn’t accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attractions. Guests must purchase
admission tickets from tour guides.
Refund Policy:
- If the weather condition, war, general strikes and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey,
our company reserve the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee. - If visitors cannot join the tour because of personal reason, the fee for hotels and transportation is not
refundable.
Tour fee notes:
- Tour fee only includes transportation & hotel.
- Tour fee excludes the meals, attractions tickets, service fee ($10/person/day), and any private expenses (such as hotel telephone charges, laundry etc.).
Vehicle information:
- The tour guide for 15 seats full size van and 7 seats mini van will also act as the driver. 57 seats motor coach will have an driver, and a bilingual tour guides (Chinese, and English). The type of vehicle used will be based on the number of guests on that day.
Cancellation penalties per person (For cancellation or change of departure date)(Notification day and departure day are not counted)
- If requested 10 days before the tour departure date, the received payments would be refunded after deductions of all hotels, air tickets, credit card processing fee and any expenses incurred.
- If requested is in between 3 days to 10 days before the tour departure date, the received payments would be refunded after deduction of 50% of tour price, as well as hotel, air tickets and any expenses incurred.
- If requested within 3 days from the tour departure date, no refund will be allowed.
- If customer chose to discontinue tour before the tour is finished or miss any part of the tour, no refund would be allowed. In addition, it is the client own responsibilities for all consequences arises from an early termination of the tour.
- If any personal factor (Missing travel documents, being late, sickness, accident etc.) resulted customer not to attend the tour or to discontinue the tour, there would be no refund and any make up service. Our company has no responsibility for customers any activity since the termination of the tour.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
